We are looking for a Janitor to join our team and help keep our facilities clean and well-maintained. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the building, including floors, windows, walls, furniture, and fixtures. The Janitor must be able to work independently and efficiently while following all safety protocols. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain floors, carpets, walls, and other surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors.
- Dust furniture and vacuum carpets.
- Replace light bulbs and clean fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Compensation:
will be provided on a per visit basis, reflecting the number of visits completed during each month.
The specific rate per visit will be discussed and agreed upon during the hiring process.
