Job DescriptionWe are hiring a competitive HR Administrator to join our growing team here at Newest ATL. This position is ideal for someone currently in school looking to grow their career and gain experience. If you are strong in planning and project management and have the right mindset this will be a great fit. This position will be exposed to most areas of HR.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ability to communicate with a wide variety of staff at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Continuously conduct on-spot surveys/questionnaires and collect data.
- Collaborate with leaders on initiatives to improve employee experiences.
- Help with all employee engagement efforts.
- Communicate to internal stakeholders with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and diplomacy; and provide relevant information.
- Perform a variety of administrative functions.
- Support the HR team with additional needs.
- This position will be mostly moving around the various departments to collect daily data.
- You’ll provide comprehensive administrative support in the day-to-day operations of some of our HR systems and processes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work with information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Self-motivated and biased for action.
- High school diploma or equivalent
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to work onsite full time.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish set goals.
- Must have strong analytical ability.
